By enrolling in a Dent College program or using this platform, you agree to these Terms.
Total investment is due per the payment schedule signed at enrollment. Refunds follow the published enrollment agreement and applicable state regulations.
Students and instructors agree to professional, safe, and respectful conduct. Violations may result in suspension or dismissal without refund.
Certificates of Completion are issued upon successful completion of all required coursework, attendance, and practical evaluations. Certificates of Completion remain the property of Dent College.
All curriculum, video content, and instructional materials are owned by Dent College. Redistribution or commercial reuse is prohibited.
Dent College is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
